Information we collect

When you request an AI Visibility Audit, we collect the work email, company website, and any optional name, role, or message you submit. We also retain a privacy-preserving request fingerprint and submission time to limit abuse.

How we use it

We use the information to evaluate your request, communicate about audit fit and scope, protect the form from abuse, and maintain an accurate record of requests. Submitting the form does not create an account or automatically start an AI observation run.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell submitted information. We may use infrastructure providers needed to operate the application and database. We retain requests while they are relevant to customer discovery, service delivery, legal obligations, or abuse prevention, then delete or anonymize them.
